I can report the sleeve length was absolutely fine and not too short or long in my experience, however I can appreciate we are all built differently I will grab a photo of the zip closed at the neck for reference once we are back in the office on Monday!

@Buckeye Hi! The general consensus from trying this on, is that we are taking our usual "IHM" sizing, in that I typically take one size down from my usual UHF/Type III sizing.

Due to the cuffing/ribbing on the opening and wrists, you may be able to take your usual jacket sizing dependant on how you intend to layer.
