@henry_david - those shades are bananas bro - super crispy.
@Paul9221 - absolutely fantastic fit - I also had some 633 from that generation of being sewn up and the thighs were a bit snug, but man the fit is soooo good. Excellent pick up.

It's funny that you commented because I was actually going to PM YOU specifically to ask you about the fit as I know that you're familiar with the woes of having big thighs. I wanted to make sure that it didn't look silly. I think the 633 taper plus the unhemmed inseam bunching up makes the bottom look tighter and the thigh bigger.

lol my hips and thighs definitely DO NOT lie, that's for sure. I think your fit is spot on. You could stand to hem 1.5-2" off, but I think the aggressive taper of this gen 633 was really a charm. I had the 633N that had similar measures. To me, you have a VERY nice 19cm style Euro cut. Clean, crisp, and the perfect blend of modernity and classic appeal. The SII will stretch (More so than my Natural 17oz did) do I think you sized correctly. Hav they already seen water? I do seem to recall these had some initial shrink to them?

And yeah, I agree, I need to hem about 3" off of these. I'm trying to make sure it works before I do that
I haven't soaked them yet! I'm trying to give it a bit of stretch before I do a cold soak. I think I'll wait a few weeks before doing a cold soak, just wear them around the house until then. Then, assuming I can still put them on :D, I'll hem them.
The fabric is absolutely lovely, though! Fell in love with them the second I reached into the bag to pull them out.
