They are generic Cole Haan from the mall I am on my 2nd pair of them. 971 crystal clear is the style.

@jordanscollected yes I do, we get easterlies straight outta Siberia in winter and the collar fastener is a must have then. It is an exceptionally effective design.

Thanks @neph93–- I try crunching the sizing numbers as much as possible before buying.
I see way too many people having to sell their stuff because they got the size wrong.
So far I have been lucky.
