Hard acts to follow

888sOD and 265 + red wing and schnayderman's

the OD's needed a hot wash to remove some persistent dirt. caused some unwanted marbling, but am overall happy with the softening of the colour. the fugitivity of the black od and indigo under-dye has, in person and over time, resulted in pleasingly varied levels of saturation and greying. these went from crisply consistent black almost formal denim to a now lived-in washed-out softened-up blue-grey with an organic sense of variation. pretty fun.
