Grabbed them for just a smidge higher than the normal 21oz price so no issues at all. Probably will be skipping the 25oz now but I wear to many pair to fade anywayeBay seller just bailed on the sale. Not in stock sorry lol. Back to 25oz waiting

My 555-SST have now arrived. Shipping and hemming in incredible time. Ordered on March 13, 2025, at 6:00 a.m. and delivered by UPS on March 14, 2025, at 3:35 p.m. Impressive, and a big compliment to Gosport!
The first impression is very good; a bit tighter on the thigh than my IH-555S-14ii and IH-555S-21, but I think it will adjust after a few days in the office and in the car.

Wow. I got a pair of these and it feels like cheating. Comfortable and easy to bend in. I've been saying I like jeans that are stiff and difficult, at least for 20-30 wears. These feel great day 1. I did size up, so that probably adds to it.

I'll regret sleeping on these for a while. I didn't see the measurements until it was to late! I thought, they cost the same as the 25oz so I'll wait for those.
There's a 36 on grailed and I about bought them... Hemmed to 31" 
Lesson learned. I'll keep looking! -
In the same way every Muslim dreams of visiting Mekka, at least once, every denim disciple who sets foot in Tokyo must make the sacred pilgrimage to the IH store in Hachioji. It is written somewhere….probably in the forum rules.
I wanted to try the 555-SST Shinyaka (with stretch!). When I was in the fitting room and carefully knelt down to put on my shoes, waiting for the normal pain in the back of my knee, I instantly fell head-over heels: the jeans felt so incredibly comfortable and good, I didn’t want to take them off again. And the best part: the grand master himself was in the shop!! What could be better???

@Daniel-San No Daniel, the only had the 555 SST in the store. Most of the jeans were different versions of the 634.
