Limited your airflow with 60/ 70%.. Damn man… That must've been scary now and then... As a kid I had pretty hardcore asthma... Waking up sometimes feeling as if I was choking, had to grab my inhaler (Ventolin I think it was named) to get some air... Grew out of it, luckily, so again: hope you'll be better as well!..

I dunno, how tough can he be- the article said he had to take breaks because he felt weak and got dizzy. Sounds like a bit of a nancy boy to me.;)

I was invited by the animator to an awards ceremony last week- in that London, as it had got through to the last 25 (of 700 or so). I think they were all transmitted on E4 at some point.
I couldn't make it as I was by the sea, on me hols….anyway....feck me, we only went and feckin' won!!!!
The animator kindly sent a couple of quid my way - thats my IHSH-08 SBG sorted!!!
it was a judges decision, but thanks to everyone who did vote
