I'm only working 2 days this week… Got a nasty muscle infection on my left elbow... Have been experiencing the same with my right elbow last year but it wasn't this painful and spread out... Sucks... Guess I'll call a doctor later this week...

but that's bad news about the elbows . . . hope things clear up quickly. take it easy in the meantime

Breakfast… Now with meds... I hate taking meds and haven't done so in the last 15 or so years, but this infected muscle is really bothering me so I'm going chemical on its arse!..

It's been hurting for a while now - didn't stop working so it got worse… Now I'm working less hours + I'm barred from doing the heavy stuff for 3 weeks... Hopefully, in combo with the DRUGS, it'll get better soon so I can go back to the real work...

Just as an example: if I lift 1 small jar of yoghurt from the ground with my left hand (bending forwards), it hurts like hell... Normally I move around about 8.000 kilograms worth of booze/ week......
