Me and Jules ( @Black Orchid ) are running the Bath half marathon on 12th March 2017.
Back in July we raised over £1000 for the Rmh Bristol charity by running the Frome half and 10K which left us wondering which charity to raise money for in the upcoming Bath half marathon.
We had both read Sakura Haraki's story in Sakura Haraki - Haraki's Daughter's Cancer Account and the Cheer for P thread. Jules' mum sadly succumbed to Cancer in 2010 and we are certain that many of you have friends and family that have been touched by this disease.
With this in mind we decided the charity to raise money for in the upcoming Bath half marathon will be Teenage Cancer Trust; https://www.teenagecancertrust.org/
We have just under six months to raise £300 each and we are hoping that you good people of the Iron Heart Forum can help us to achieve our goals. Your donations will be held securely by http://uk.virginmoneygiving.com/ until we have completed the Bath half marathon at which time the money will be transferred to the Teenage Cancer Trust.

I'm just trying to figure out where I fall on the watershed thing, being about ten hours out of sync with the UK.
As a Colonial I'm naturally nasty, brutish,(a pun there) &-tall, but I'm always censoring myself because I find my own comments offensive.
