@TrickHell - you following a program or just doing your thing? Looks/Sounds like beginning stages of Wendler. I like Wendler for setting benchmarks but also like Starting Strength, and hatch squat cycles. I take my people through a modified hatch cycle i built about once a year and people see good results without losing too much of their wind.
Best Advice I can give you is invest in a good belt (inzer or rogue ohio belt, not the econ one), some good knee sleeves/wraps (rehand for sleeves, hook grip russian knee wraps for wraps), and a pair of squat shoes (Nike Romaleo is the only real way to go in my book, unless you have slim feet, than the adidas are ok).

We're naughty, but not that naughty - we're actually also picking up wood and a vintage lawn roller for Giles's boules court project… plus I needed to try out my new mobile office (very comfy and roomy although no heated seats ???)

lovely to meet giles and paula today very nice people i got some stickers and a tshirt very very happy indeed , and i managed to fob off giles with a load of old wood some rusty bits of metal and an old bagde.
i think i got the best deal
