We have had a difficult time over the last few days with the IHSH-101tg & IHSH-102tg problems. It has caused all involved a lot of extra work and money, and we thought we handled the situation as best we could in the circumstances.
Haraki specifically requested that I get all of the IHSH-101 and 102tg back so that he and his team could understand the issues we have to deal with, and how we fix them. We sent emails to all the individuals we had shipped to telling them that we would refund their monies and send them UPS shipping labels for the recall.
A lot of people were upset that they had to do this, but all with the exception of Shane agreed to help us out. Indeed, Shane actively dissed our customer service publicly, and still has the shirt. When I tell Haraki that I have not been able to recover all the shirts, he will simply not understand that his express wishes were ignored.
Quite frankly, we do not need that sort of shit in our lives.
We banned him. You may think this was an over-reaction but I can assure you there is history which I am not prepared to discuss.

After the scare we had with Paula late 2013, we thought it would be a good idea for me to go and get a complete check up. Spent most of the day at the hospital.
Apparently I have the lungs of a 37 year old, which on the basis I smoked pretty heavily for the best part of 40 years is pretty remarkable.
