Summer is here. Just clicked over 90f / 32c, in the first week of Spring. This year may test my ability to wear denim all year around, we'll just have to wait and see tho
If our summer is any indication of how yours might go, it's been pretty mld here this year for the most part. Coolest summer in DC I've seen in 6 years.

Rafa, I'm doing an anti inflammatory diet to help me out with some health issues. Basically just brown rice, veggies, fruit, nuts, green tea, salmon and chicken. I'm also allowed muesli with almond milk.
