We're very proud of our ultra heavy flannel (UHF) shirts.  This work shirt is in an exclusive Iron Heart designed navy/ivory buffalo check 12oz fabric, woven from Aspero cotton from the foothills of the Andes mountains, double brushed on the inside and single brushed on the outside, resulting in a very soft yet heavy, thick, warm and windproof flannel.

Openings are getting smaller and smaller on all the shirts. I can barely squeeze into M westerns anymore, and now the works look like they’re going that way. [emoji30]

Ive never had any UHF.  What are people experiences with shrink over multiple washes?

@hoppy_IPA There is a tonne of discussion about UHF shrinkage on the forum if you fancy a read around. Generally, you can shrink up to half a size (if not more) with repeat washing. A cold wash, is my preferred method, which sees little to no shrinkage if done carefully.

I am sure however, others have entirely different routines, which is part of the fun!

Thanks, Adam.  We can get back on topic now & I'll do my homework lol. The XXL measurements look like what i'm after but just a little bigger.  Sounds like it should be perfect with time & wear.
