What is the stretch in the waist on these? Thanks.

Based on my experience with the whipcord Cargos, I’d expect less than an inch.. I feel mine have minimal stretch, although the materials does relax a bit snd stay stretched for future wears. They snug up with a cold wash and hang dry, but nothing monumental.
