Final submission photos of my 777XHSib's for the Indigo Invitational. 364 days of wear, typically 12+ hours a day even through one of the hottest summers I can remember. The pain was real, but I think the result was worth it. These still have lots of life and I will continue to wear them in rotation with other pairs.

I work a desk job. Most of my fade progress was from outdoor projects/activities (hiking, biking, doing a massive overhaul on our deck, shoveling snow, etc.) and playing on the floor with my daughted and dog (as you can probably tell by the "dad" knees).

Just got my size 31 (32.0 actual waist measurement) 777's today, was wondering if anyone has any thoughts on the fit? Waist is about half an inch loose, so should come out right after a soak. Thigh's also have a decent amount of space to adjust to any shrinkage within reason. Apologies for the not so great images.

They look good as far as I can tell. But if they were my jeans I'd worry a little about the waist being a little loose right now. The jeans will shrink after a hot soak, but after wear they'll stretch back to where they are now and then some more. Probably nothing a belt can't fix, but I think I might size down and try a tag 30 (you can always ask the crew to find you a largish tag 30)…

The jeans will shrink after a hot soak, but after wear they'll stretch back to where they are now and then some more. They were very helpful in finding a size 32 (it was hard to find one with a big enough waist that didn't have a tight thigh) but still being in the 30-31 range. The thigh was my biggest concern as with my 555-01's the waist was loose like these on es are (except these are far less loose) but the thigh was skin tight.
I am assuming when I soak them in the tub (which they recommended against, they say to hand wash or put on a short cycle in the machine), the waist will shrink but and will stretch back out to almost what it is now, and I will ultimately have to use a belt. The only reason I had it bigger in the waist was to account for thigh shrinkage, wasn't sure how to get around that. Other than that, I think everything else fits pretty well, other than destroying my thumbs and using pliers to get the buttons done up, which I still have only done up 2 of them so far.
