Ebbets Field Flannels

Anyone had any experience with any of their products? They make quality reproductions of old, no longer in existence Baseball club uniforms, sweaters and jackets, all made in the USA and very reasonably priced.
I was looking at the Grounds Crew Jackets, look good for something different in a casual jacket.

I have bough a ton of stuff from them over the years (Jersey's, Hats, T-Shirts) it's all top notch stuff.
I can't wear a lot of the jerseys in the summer in Texas because they are mostly 100% wool and that
doesn't mix with all the 100ºF days we have.
my girlfriend threw one of my favorite jerseys in the wash a few years ago and it shrank from a size 42
to about a size 22 (no kidding) so be careful when cleaning your items
Those jackets you're talking about look awesome. I would get one but I already have two Eisenhower jackets
that are similar to those.- I want to do a jacket like that for DoubleXX

Ebbets are getting much love and exposure of late and like yourself Mega i too have wondred what their stuff was like as a few hats have caught my eye.

I put in my order instructions to have them mark it down, and their customer services have been in contact with me a few times through the manufacturing process just to let me know that my jacket is on schedule, they said that marking it down was not a problem.
I also added a hat to my order, and for a custom made jacket, and a fitted hat, including shipping to the UK is costing me $149 !!! Thats incredible pricing if their quality is good, and I've never heard a single bad report on their quality.

I know Ebbets have been on the scene for a while, but I suspect that if their success continues then their pricing surely must increase.

A word about customer service from EFF. I emailed last week to check the status of my jacket (it was due to ship last week) and received no response from the guy who I had been dealing with. I emailed again yesterday and was emailed back by a lady called Lisa, who apologised that the first guy hadn't emailed me back but his computer had suffered a virus attack, then apologised that my jacket wasn't quite ready (it is in "sew down" whatever that means), but it should despatch in the next few days, then offered me a free cap or tee shirt of my choosing as a means of a further apology.
I accepted, picked a cap, and immediately received an email telling me that my chosen cap would be in the mail first thing today. Nice people, and good customer service. I will be returning to purchase further.

An order update from me, so far this is my story…
- Ordered grounds crew jacket and ball cap, advised 4 - 6 weeks delivery.
- Informed that my jacket would in fact take 8 weeks, and offered a free cap for the inconvenience.
- Given a tracking number for my order.
- Tracking never updated so contact Ebbets, who tell me the USPS has lost my order.
- Ebbets are now making a new jacket on a 7 day lead time, and giving me another free cap.
Verdict, my order appears to be jinxed but to their credit Ebbets are doing all they can (at their cost) to help put it right.

Ouch! That is a jinx but you got to take your hat off(oops!) to Ebbet's as they seem to be doing their damndest to smooth it over.

hmm, all fine a dandy, but i say what good is free gear if it can't actually make it to you.
i like that they are keeping you in the loop through out the entire ordeal, but i would need more to satisfy me.
