Going to order a new pair of day-to-day boots for office wear, travel and general mucking about in chinos, denim and the occasional tweed pants. I'm pretty much set on white's (bounty hunters or SD), but recently I found out that you can make custom trickers too, so I can make a wide-last pair of cap toe trickers with brown zug grain and a nice sole..
For comfort, longevity and general quality pr money spent, what would you guys go for?

I just woke up after last nights beer, and have just remembered that I did plenty of "drunk smoking" last night. What is the best way to remove the cigarette odour from my IHSH-59 without washing it?

An easy way to remove cigarette smell from an IHSH-59 is to put it in a box and ship it to my address.

Oh yeah, shit, I forgot. You need quite a large box to fit all your cigarette infested IH gear in. Don't worry though, I probably won't get hit with a customs charge. Just remember, only declare it as $20.
