        Madness! 😃

I'm wondering because after breaking in two pairs of IH in the course of the last 18 months, my wallet and belt have now become weird leather/indigo hybrids. While that's just fine (in fact it's pretty great), I've just got myself some devil ducks and didn't want to blue up that sexy brown. So I've bought a new belt and wallet (I managed the belt adjustment just fine thanks @Giles ) and they're so nice that just using them with my ducks would be stupid. Both my 21oz jeans have been washed and soaked a couple of times each so I'm wondering if it's safe to use the new hardware with both the denim and the duck with out screwing up the ducks…

I have a pair of hillsides which are supposedly made by shoes like pottery. They're very nice and I think better made than a lot of the alternatives.

Yeah, they like nice, but ordering from the states is not an option.

4c you are missing the point.  Seul knows that (as I suspect most people do), his humour was in asking you as you are renowned for measuring fibres….

                            Hey fellas
Was wondering if one of you could help me out. I've just bought a lovely cowhide leather jacket from Nonnative but have some dimples on the shoulders due to it being hung on a shit hanger. Is there any way to get rid of these or will they just gradually disappear with wear?
If anyone knows some leather buffs a contact link would be great.
                            Any help much appreciated 😉

I've heard that using a hairdryer on high and massaging the dents at the same time is really effective then massage a little leather condition into it afterwards… Sounds a little scary on a new leather jacket... Your call...

Yeah I must admit i'm a bit nervous about heating the jacket! I'm not the luckiest chap around so could end up with an arm falling off or something similarly frankspenceresque. Someone else suggested ironing over craft paper with no steam. Will they disappear on their own over time?

Hey Davito! No pics at hand. Will try and get some up tomorrow. I think the person who owned it before me had it hanging on a hanger that was too small. One shoulder is worse than the other but it's like a small raised area. Looks like a small bump when worn.

Definitely recommend using a good hanger for leather jackets too.  Something strong with plenty of width to help distribute the weight.

Without having seen any photos, have you considered maybe applying a little of water to the spot and trying to gently massage out the lump?  If necessary, you could also apply a little leather conditioner afterwards.  I have no idea about applying heat so would probably avoid use of an iron.  If it were me I'd probably just live with the imperfections but this might be worth a try.
