Same for me, I quit about ten years ago and never looked back, the weight gain was a complete and utter bitch, but in hindsight it was the lesser of two evils …

I quit a few weeks back, its a fucking ballache. Anyone got a good reco for one of those electronic ciggies (as opposed to the inhalators which look like a tampax applicator and taste awful)?

What worked for me (honestly) is doing cold turkey, reading the "Easy Way To Stop Smoking" by Alan Carr, and every time I felt what could possibly be a craving I pictured the gym teacher from Beavis and Butthead shouting "Is that all you got pussy!!!!!".
