Volcano Ecigs is good. I used them for a long time. As it became apparent that ecigs would be a long term smoking cessation device for me, I switched to a more expensive Great Lakes Vapor Mini GLV-2
I used their Magma kit to start out with. I would recommend their Magma Tank Kit

Astonishingly, Nameness suggestion (kinda) worked, and all that it's going to cost me is looking after Tommy for half a day while she gets to fully explore Macy's. I get bored after about 20 minutes there, so she never gets to have a good look around.

What worked for me (honestly) is doing cold turkey, reading the "Easy Way To Stop Smoking" by Alan Carr, and every time I felt what could possibly be a craving I pictured the gym teacher from Beavis and Butthead shouting "Is that all you got pussy!!!!!".

Talking of nicotine and Manhattan, I will almost definitely smoke occasionally in New York. Being away from home, full of alcohol, and hanging with buddies always makes me want to smoke….weird.
