GREAT QUESTION AS ALWAYS JACO.*glad it's not a sizing question since this place seems to be getting a bit more than usual recently. of course no offense to those trying to find their size, it's just i'm not all that concerned with it

Giles, you spec'd the 25oz XHS denim, so I'm curious, why sanforized and not raw? - We had already done a very heavy unsanforised (the 634SR 21/23)
- We had some of it left and I knew I was going to do something with it
- We were scared that given how difficult the jeans were going to be to make, we did not want the added unknown variable of shrinkage

Lucifer, I was looking at something from here http://www.htleather.co.uk/catalogue/satchel/satchel.html#ssatch for a good while a year or so ago. Those actually look very good! More spots for my EDC-stuff and still room for a small camera Thanks for the tip! Thanks for the tip!

Lucifer, Mastersofdeath's link to Henry Tomkins is a good shout.
I bought the large satchel from him 18 months ago and I really love it.
I went to see Henry in his workshop in Exeter to sort it out as he makes everything to order - the bloke is as mad a march hare, his workshop is a shit hole but turns out great stuff.
 I would recommend.

mvb - I have the Eastman sweater. Fantastic construction and unbelievably warm, however I would say it is a little itchy if worn with nothing underneath. mind you I've not washed it yet, still smells very sheepy too!
My Dad bought a similar one recently which is softer but i'm not sure of the price or indeed where he bought it. I will enquire.

Is it weird, that I thought of ordering another pair of 634SB?
I looked at the pics of my pair when they were new yesterday and felt like I needed another pair, that fits a bit more relaxed…
And the BB, as much as would like to wear them, just aren't doable on my thighs.

And the BB, as much as would like to wear them, just aren't doable on my thighs.I eventually returned my SBGs for a bigger size and I'm loving the more relaxed fit. I also had them hemmed, which I never did before in my life as I always cuff. Problem was, I like a high cuff and 3 turns up, I looked like I had training weights on my ankles before.

I sized up on the BB too and love the relaxed fit. Wasn't sure to start with but really love 'em now. Maybe should have hemmed a bit shorter buy hey…
I've not started on the 634s-b s yet...still sat in the cupboard with the BBOD. And there was me thinking of some Devil's fit 25oz?! ......I need help.....

I feel that paying more than 350-550 USD for a small-ish shoulder-bag is.. kind of harsh.
