What kind of shrink in the inseam can you expect?

Virtually nothing.  0.5 at most.  But there is quite a lot of "apparent shrinkage" when the combs form…..

Mine have a 34 inseam, and have about an inch of apparent shrinkage as G said. My normal inseam is 33, so it's pretty spot on!

washed my pair for the 2nd time before leaving to see my ladies family, im on my way home - looking forward to seeing how they look now. i've worn them strong in the cold months and expect to see some nice fading on this second wash!

i have a studio shoot early in the new year, i'll snap a photo of them if i remember to wear them (probably will as it should be damn cold) as i'm setting up for the shoot.

here's a couple shots of how the jeans are looking.

had them hemmed a so i wouldn't have to cuff before i washed them (without compensating for shrinkage) and they're a bit short for my liking, but i'll live.

so to those that hem, am i wrong in thiking that these are a tad too short?

i suppose it's really not even worth talking about, but fuck i like my jeans about a 1/2 inch longer, i prefer them too long to wear with chuck taylor's without a cuff, and i like them to rest on the rear of my boots.

who knows, my back's been fucked up lately maybe one of my legs is just longer (left i suppose as shown in the photos).

whatever, of course of all my jeans it has to be the most expensive pair to have the length off, at least i only wear these fuckers 1/2 the year, ha.

damn i love this 25oz denim.

I like long inseams as well, but think that your jeans fit very well. Of course 0,5" more would not harm, but if you hadn't asked I wouldn't have noticed. Does that make sense?

J,  I think the entire fit looks good, man.  Personally, I don't see anything that suggests that you need the extra .5", but as we all know, it's all about how you feel in them.
