To be fair I'm not really sure what they could achieve, maybe some kind of cyber vandalism perhaps? But yeh, apparently a could of the pirates in particular are not pleased with me and have made this well known within the Malaysian denim community, a couple of people have told me this now.

With the evidence, as the trademark owner you can either take civil action or lodge complaints to Enforcement Division for appropriate actions under the Trade Description Act 2011. The conclusion is your trademark must be registered in Malaysia accordingly.

For further information regards to the registration of your trademark, you can refer to Intellectual Property Office of Malaysia through website http://www.myipo.gov.my.
