I had the good fortune to try one of these on the other day, and it is a fantastic jacket. Very well made (as you would expect), and really comfortable, the cut is superb also.

Any chance on a M, Giles?  The 48 I got today is kind of big.  I was thinking about sending it back and applying the difference to one of these.

can amateurs remove the iron-heart-stitching themselves or is only the IH-Master capable of doing this?

Good question.  I am not sure if I can do it.  I can't get to the back of the Melton (as it is lined, unlike the IHW-02)…..

good point. havn´t thought of that.
fortunately the stitching is grey and not white like on the others.
