Nice new space G, wish I was there to help. I am doing the complete opposite. Moving my tailoring space back home.  I am not as lucky as you and find myself not spend enough time with the misses.

Phone line and Broadband ordered.
Meeting alarm installation guy in the morning.  Long story short, he was the guy who pulled all the cables in this house when we rewired it, but we had no idea when we phoned him up as he had moved on and set his own company up.
And more serendipity.  Our current address is 5 Flagsaff Green, the office is 5 Cooperage Green…..

Met the guy who is installing some of the physical security at the office this morning, he turned up on the beautiful, heavily modded 1956 BSA Gold Star
