How will sterling silver perform as a snap?  Will it's softness cause it to loose the ability to snap if it's constantly snapped together with another type of metal?

This or the medium one would be the best bet, we may have to swap all four parts of the snap to fit this snap though. I think the male part of the snap on the 52 is the same size as the standard HD snaps, right?
