I've been a 4xl in IH recently. But I could have easily fit a 2xl in Ship John.

You got me worried now because I ordered a waxed/canvas Townes Western Shirt,and based on the PtP measurement,I went down only 1 IH size to an XL. I don’t think exchanges are very easy.

My denim Wills is great, but the sleeves do seem long, like 1.5 inches longer than optimal.  Otherwise it's the perfect fit.  Going to rock this with cuffs, I guess.  Beautiful jacket, love the zipper!

I‘m the same, XXL in IH Shirts and my Townes denim XL fits great (still longer in the body)…

I put this old Rogue Territory flannel under the Wills and it makes a great liner. This is going to make a fine work jacket. I agree the sleeves are pretty long. But I've read this denim does not shrink. So I cuffed the flannel over the other cuff to facilitate some stacks. I will be grateful to enjoy ultra premium Kuroki mills denim on the job.
