          There is a coffee shop 3 blocks from my house that saves all of their used grounds and bags them up in 10 lb bags for (free) garden use

          These guys are a big fan

            Very beautiful. Do you consciously influence the soil pH to get those colors, or do you just let it be?

              @endo I think i read somewhere about the color/soil ph relationship but my main goal was to perk them up (they started 4-5 years ago as a flower in a small pot from my grandmothers memorial service)

              The bold purple color was a bonus from the acidity in the coffee grounds i think

                              Just picked and ate my first habanero of the year. Small but packed a kick and the flavour was superb. Probably the best tasting chilli I typically grow.
