Thanks @mikebarhoot …it was a very sunny day here so I took advantage. Sun has been hard to come by here!

Damn…I leave you all alone for a few months and look at what happens - some special fades coming on...love it.
Anyway...an update on my Momotaros - two soaks, one wash, 100-odd wears

son of a bitch, I'm never gonna catch up with you guys!
That's it, I'm wearing mine to work. In a couple of weeks they'll look like the shit overalls they drag out of a borax mine.

I promise I wear my Roy's…. Sometimes. My other DWC have gotten a lot more love recently. But, here's proof the Peanut Pants are still alive.

What repairs? Or did you alter them?

There was some darning near the crotch seam that I needed done because of a hole (maybe the size of an eraser from No. 2 pencil), and a soon-to-be hole near the fly.
I did alter them, but that only took a few days.

Right on, impending blowout… who did you use if you don’t mind my asking

Actually I sent it to IH, and once they assessed the location of the problem, said sending it to Japan would be the best plan of action, which is why it took so long getting them back. 100% worth the wait. They look like no issues were ever present in the first place. To be honest, I forgot how awesome these things feel. So comfy and they're still a little stiff because they've only been hand washed twice. I can't wait for a year to pass.
