Sorry to resurrect the topic, but I’m curious how to clean this jacket. Warm machine wash okay?

This jacket was released before my introduction to IH. It looks absolutely brilliant in both colours.

Is there any chance that it could be a restock at any time? Did it sell well?

@IrishHeart Long extinct... Second hand market is you best bet, they occasionally resurface. That's how I got mine. What size are you looking for?

@tody thanks for replying and I suspected that would be the case.
I’ll keep an eye out. I am typically an XL in most IH tops.

My jackass coworker trying on my jacket when it first arrived. We were in the Persian Gulf at the time, and I was trying on the two sizes that I ordered and he walked into our berthing and caught me checking the fit of the jackets. He thought it was hilarious and wanted to join the fun.

In other news, I've been wearing this jacket a lot lately, and it's been so perfect for the weather this time of year.

@tody It's such an amazing jacket. I was going back through the thread this morning and someone asked how warm it is, and Giles simply replied "fucking," and I couldn't agree more. It's perfect with a tee and a thin wool thermal in the 55F-65F (13C to 18C) range. It's quite breathable and the cord-lined handwarmer pockets are generous and cozy. A+

Totally agree @seawolf . Also, of all my items of clothing, this is the one I catch my wife checking me out the most when I wear it 😂
