Good to see this.  I've been busy organizing my move out to San Diego and have not been on top of the progress.  Looks good man!  Going for an XL on this.

Also, I'm glad no extra length was added to the cut….  Still like the hand pockets though, as it's a change from my other two type IIIs.

Hey guys… can someone comment on how the fabric/fit compares to the Levi's/Filson Type III? Is this breathable and lighter weight? I have the filson and since its heavily oiled, there is absolutely no breathing through the fabric. I wore it on my trip to Japan, its a great jacket but I always end up sweating inside  8).. Haven't worn it since...

I dont know ho it fits to the Levi's/Filson version.  It will be approx (if not exactly) the same size as this:

And it is pretty breathable, certainly more so that anything waxed.
