I'm not feeling the arachnid love, here…   Whipspiders are really wonderful creatures. It's too bad most people only know them as "that weird thing what got Avada Kedavra'd in that one Harry Potter film."

Give 'em a chance, and you'll see they're really very sweet. Unless you're a cricket... in which case your fear is quite justified.

Thanks, y’all. That did the trick. I agree that the spider is fascinating, and beautiful in its way, but popping up every day when I scroll would have been challenging.

Au contraire, I do want to see them!  We'll just need to counteract with cuddlier pics so they don't pop up in the tapatalk feed forever.  Can be startling if you're unprepared! Like the "What are you doing today" thread is just a big closeup of @UnTucked's butt crack, right now. Tapatalk is just the worst.  Don't let me prevent you from sharing your pets.
