Visited Vater & Sohn yesterday and couldn't leave without this shirt. I am in between size L and XL in this one. Bought XL, washed at 40* C and gave it some time in the dryer. Worked out nicely. Perfect fit, fantastic fabric and classic, unpimped MoP snaps. Couldn't be happier.

I do understand the fabric is lighter but is the fabric type same?

They are both indigo selvedge denim with white weft and rope dyed indigo warp, so yes, same fabric type…..

I am looking at xxxl and length of 31" . Curious if 31' is standard in this size and not any longer .

Some shirts come up longer than others. I believe these are slightly longer generally. They are certainly longer in my size than most IH shirts. The measuring tables are pretty accurate guides.
