Is it me or has the thigh on the W34 come up very small? There's quite a big jump up to the W36.

I screwed up.  This stuff feels so dense & heavy I totally messed up estimating the weight.  I estimated it at 21, but it is "only" 16ozs.  The shipping boys will contact each of you who have already ordered one to check whether you would like to proceed with the order or not.  Sorry….

Just got mine. I understand Giles boldness to declare it 21 oz+ initially. I think there is a large section in the front (from 6" below to 6" above knee) where the fabric is doubled - making it effectively 32 oz in this area. Considering the additional layers of fabric for pockets etc. it might actually be 21 oz+ overall    Don't sleep on this one if your size is still available. It's exactly what I was hoping for: the winter substitute of my olive IH-709.
