Fabric feels light to middleweight, cant compare it to cheap repros like miltec and alikes. 100% cotton, no plastic and the fit is great too. No baggy style, and the legs have the perfect length

Very funny @Cole  Actually overseas at the moment, hence the cold weather gear.  Back home everyone is enjoying 35 degrees plus days while I'm freezing my nuts off.

I recently picked up a Wool Utility Vest to wear over my GK. Here are the specs and pictures: 
32oz Olive Melton Wool
Olive Herringbone twill edges and pockets

Pockets are lined in the wool fabric. I'm please so far. The wool is stiff and should breakin a little. Only complaint is that I wish the zipper was bigger.

The brand name is taken from the character played by Steve McQueen in the 1961 movie 'The War Lover'.

(PS am watching the movie now, which reminded me to comment on it - pretty interesting movie. Some great jackets!!!)

Thanks guys, but i have no luck. I´ve checked out the BR-UK-Store, before i asked here, but there´s only one available short (J´s tropical).
The other shops are fine and i´ve made some good experience with some of them, but no one of these has got a BR short

You wont find the tiger camo in gold anywhere. They have the blue on. rakuten.

I have hunted high and low for the gold tiger camo ones for an absolute age. No luck. Even contacted BR directly, they couldnt get hold of any from Japan. The only other solution i can think of is to buy the tiger cargo trousers and get them chopped, i was going to do this but i waited too long and they sold out in xl on the Br website. They still have small and medium though plus Peggs & Son have large.

In the alternative, have you tried TSPTR? The chap who does that does Eastman Leather in the Uk, is behind the distribution for Br and also fronted Heritage Research. I checked out one of their Tiger Camo shirts. Wasnt the sane quality as my BR one but was decent for the money.
