He liked the snow but not so much the sledding. Didn't cry but had a stone cold look on his face. He prob would have done better if we had sled with him but we don't own a sled. No real need for one here. Until today haha

First stop:
Farmers Market Restaurant. They source all of their food products from local sources and fruits and veggies from across the parking lot where the farmers market sits. When items are in season of course. Right now, not much is

First things first. Buttermilk biscuits! I like mine with just butter. My wife is a little more southern and puts molasses on hers

Historic Pullen Park

Established in 1887, it's the first public park in North Carolina. Has been used as a baseball field and even a zoo at one point. Now remodeled and basically a big playground for kids of all ages. More info here: http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pullen_Park

Took little man to the lake today. Finally starting to warm up some. There is a 2 mile trail around it so perfect for walking and enjoying the day
