rough shots:

the ripple is much less noticeable than I expected & the leather reminds me of IH 21oz denim, strong but pliable & forgiving. will see if i can wear them enough to see how the ripple wears in.

i'm jealous of the styleforum set.  the price point isn't crazy (a bit under $450) for such a great set of boots. trying to talk myself out of buying the first ones as my closet is about to burst . . .

hi sorry to compare but was looking to get a new pair of boots either osb campboot or yuketen 5 eye maine cant decide which ones anyone out there with both are the yuks a lot chunkier

bad pictures are (almost always) better than none:

comfort out the box & a great looking boot.  wish they weren't a leather sole, but you know it is what it is.
