For those of you have visited Gosport for the last couple of parties, you may remember Dave (Vegas) owner of Fire and Flank and part-time IH magician
- @Alex and I went to support him yesterday at the final of the national street food awards in London where he was entered for Best Main Dish and Best Vegetarian Main (for his 3D printed vegan steak). There were a number of vendors who were all cooking up a storm. We tried his special which is the main that he entered to be judged and it was absolutely next level!He came away with the win for Best Main Dish, adding to his title from 2021. He will now be representing the UK in the European finals in Munich so anyone local to Munich who likes some flame grilled steak with serious flavours - I recommend you keeping an eye on their Instagram and heading to the venue when it is announced.

As much as we like his steak, I am not sure we could justify a trip to Munich for it

@tody You do indeed, Alex gifted him some for his crew for the party. Though one of his staff did not get the memo on washing instructions and stuck them in the tumble drier! I have been telling him to send them to me to try and add a new patch. We want IH loud and proud especially if hes representing on an international front

New Union Special for our Hackney Office finally arrived in Gosport. Visited Rob who services and sorts us out with all of our sewing needs, to drop it off to be mounted on to a table and some additions. He has this absolute beauty in his warehouse, thought he was going to let me take it for a spin for a moment
