Just had a listing removed from ebay for brand name violation. It was a Buzz Rickson Pea coat.

The brand names I used ?  Buzz Rickson,  Sugar Cane and Mister Freedom.  Essentially all the same company .

They only do this when someone reports it to them. What a cock.

Came acrossed a cat wearing APCs and a My Little Pony belt, skull cap, t-shirt combo today. I had to ask, his girl gave him the set and he couldn't have been prouder. Shame should befall any man in his 30s caught out in shit like this….

As the father of a 3yo little girl, I was actually familiar with such terms, and this dude was full on brony. However, everything about it just sets wrong, and while not a APC fan, the combo was much.

I think if you're actually a father, there's something to be said for appreciating the new My Little Pony. The themes that they present are wonderful for kids, and little parental reinforcement goes a long way. Now, bronies without children may want to re-think their priorities. Although I still like the ideals espoused by the show, I certainly don't have a rainbow dash t-shirt, or anything.

I work with a few Bronies. They're just people :). The Bronies documentary (yes, it's a real thing - http://www.bronydoc.com/‎) is worth watching.

jdl I think your point was less around Bronies more around APC but in context of Bronies. Or maybe it was being head-to-toe dressed by his girl? And on first read I imagined a real cat dressed in APCs. Took about 3 reads to realise cat = person :).

A buddy of mine has a bronie for a brother in law. He showed me a bunch of pics of the guy and his collection. I mean, I can't say much with my denim addiction but seriously…. a 33 year old man OBSESSED with My Little Pony. That's some wierd stuff.

I watch a lot of kids tv, since I have a 3 year old and a 6 year old.  My Little Pony is far from the worst thing out there.  It's actually not bad, to be honest.  In the context of kids tv, that is.

I have zero issue with the show or it's message. I wouldn't have my kid exposed to it if I found anything objectionable. What got me was this is a grown ass supposed to be man. I feel a bit immature caught out in some old Batman t-shirt, say nothing about some obscure obsession like his. The fact his girl got him the outfit isn't so bad, it was the pride he took in the whole thing. I'm not big on "branding" myself, or looking like a billboard anyhow. So all of it top to bottom was horrid for me, but what's worse is even fit wise, he looked like he raided her closet…wish I got a pic now.

Let's be clear, I'm not talking about a daughter when I say girl, I am talking about his girlfriend. They have no kids, I asked. Some may remember my pink monkey bandanna, so I am no stranger to that type of sharing with your kids. Honestly if Allie could, I know I would end up with some Rainbow Dash or Applejack socks or something and would rock the hell out of them. This wasn't that, just a dude with a obsession and a really small t-shirt.

To better understand the general Bronie mind set, the doco is a good way to go. I don't think anyone was trying to limit your ability to question obsessive behaviour. My initial comments were trying to figure out which bit you were concerned about. /ends direct reply.

"Never judge a person until you've walked a mile in their shoes" seems apt about now.
