and if you use Le Chat marseille soap, you can use it to wash your leather goodies also, not just you. The stuff is the best, doesn't dry your skin.

Don't get me wrong, I like and respect my father in law, but why the hell does a man with a masters degree in civil engineering not have a set of jumper cables in either one of his cars?

This is the second time I've done a favor for the inlaws that resulted in my buying a set of cables and asking a stranger at a gas station to help me jump start the car. It bugs the crap out of me that I'm the one that looks like an incompetent jackass, when in reality I'm the one being responsible.

This year, the man's getting an automotive emergency kit for Christmas.

back from switzerland again and i have a pretty good feeling…just need to talk to my professor again about some facts for my bachelor-thesis cuz the project I should be a part of could be too "easy" for a whole bachelor-thesis...
If this is the fact then I have to split thesis and traineeship...we'll see!

tomorrow i'll have another traineeship-interview by a more local-ish company, only 20minutes drive away but you can't compare it with the company in switzerland…it's like comparing IH with Southpole

Why do dental hygienist's decide to have in depth conversations with you while they are cleaning your teeth?

The best I can muster each time is a simple gutteral uh-hu.  And that always sems to keep the conversation going.

Why do optometrist's ask you to pick out glasses after they have dilated your pupils?

It's not like you can focus on what you are seeing and they continue to bring out samples and asks what I think?  What I think is that you should do the whole new frame thing before getting in to see the Dr.
