dropped my iPhone about 100times now...98times NOTHING happened!
#99 busted the top right corner in the front (screen's still clear though!) and #100 just cracked the glass on the back!
I guess it's too late now to get a safety case...

Eh, maybe not- the Peugeot constantly cracking up isn't his fault, it's the fault of the French for consistently making such POS automobiles (and I use the word 'automobiles' in the loosest possible definition, otherwise what they vomit out wouldn't qualify as such).  Of course, that doesn't explain why Finn bought one, against the advice of everyone here…

As for the IPhone, damn near everyone I know has dropped theirs a dozen times or more.  The bloody things nearly jump out of people's hands.  Of course, that doesn't explain why Finn didn't get a cover for it after the first 10 or 20 or 30 drops...

I miss the older iphones with aliminium backsides. Mine is intact yet though, keeping it in a leather pouch 99 % of the time

Had my iPhone 4 since release, never dropped it and never had an issue with it. But designing something that is essentially a hand held device is pretty dumb, and definitely a case of aesthetics over practicality.

My wife's IPhone has survived a ton of abuse at the hands of our children, (and hers, to be honest) and the Otter Box has kept the phone totally safe.

I suppose there are 2 sides to it. I would hate walking away from a job interview but at the same time, who knows what else that company would require.
