What's your favorite Beer?

Brash Brewing actually used to be a Texas brewery, but got fed up with the implementation of the three tier system there and left. Clown Shoes actually makes most of their beer on contract as Brash is a gypsy brewery. Brash's stuff on the list is all decent too…
As for another gypsy brewery, Three Floyd's does a fair amount of brewing for and with Mikkeller. Just FYI...

Meh, not my favorite. Too carbonated and too sweet. It's what I get for not checking each bottle. I thought it was La Fin Du Monde which I really really like.

Anesthetist, what type of beer is the Maximillian? I assume you got it at the brewery? I haven't seen it before.

It's their seasonal Wiesen bock and is a seasonal available at the brewery. It had a nice caramel, banana, and malty flavor. I liked it quite a bit! I was disappointed I didn't get a quicker pic, it had a bit more head and good lacing.
