Another great brewery that has a tap room right up the way from me.  Good stuff there! Utah's first high alcohol (not 3.2%) brewery post prohibition.

I was going to open a bottle of Cascade Framblanc too, but I'm going to save that for this evening as my buddy is having a barbecue.

In celebration of Labor Day here in the States: Melvin Drunken Master.  Over 3lbs of hops per barrel but very little bitterness on the back end.  Pretty impressive for a double IPA with a light malt base sitting at 9% ABV.

Kung Fu, Wu Tang references and Hops…couldn't help myself.
