Breaking my own rule: work tomorrow but having a beer nonetheless… Well two weeks ago I gave my freshly poured Westvleteren XII to my brother as my taste was off (cold)... So let's try this again...
Good stuff... Really, really good stuff... I'm hoping cellaring it will improve it though... There's something about this beer, same with the Abt 12 and the R10 that makes it taste... young... Too young...
For now, though, I'll enjoy this one... Cheers...

Cider is the perfect man's drink. Dump some yeast in some apple juice and let it ferment. None of that girlish cooking nonsense as with beer
