My jeans arrived today, and they are amazing. Got the 31" which shouold be perfect post soak/stretch. Will wear them a couple of times to stretch them first or Ill never get into them post soak.

Have included a fit pic and can imagine it will only get better once they are soaked/worn.

Yeah she apologised again. Think she felt bad, but not the best start to the year for her. Thanks again for all your help!

                    Like boiling hot?

I soaked them for 1 hour as hot as the faucet would pour..

thats similar to what i did. i did a soak as hot as my faucet would go + some hot water every now and then from a kettle. then the next soak i did as hot as the faucet would go + more hot water from the kettle and a large pot of water that i brought to a boil. HOPEFULLY i've gotten the shrinking out since i'd like to have them hemmed…

edit: currently wearing them, i think i could've pulled off a 30. it would've been uncomfortable for awhile but i dont think i can get any more shrinkage from the waist. oh well. time to try and save for an IH belt NOT YET. if the overdye can get down to a 29.6 im determined i can get to a 30 at least. soaking pt. 3 will be happening. is it possible giles?

Yes, if you boil the shit out of them,  But, like the OD, they'll stretch back rather quickly…...........

I got my 666s today and the fit is perfect before a soak.
I can button up.but there is no more room in the waist as in David's case. Size 31w.
                                          I deliberated over the 32s.

If i cold soak does it mean I should never eventually wash them in anything other than cold water? (may be a dumb question but a bit of an unsanforized virgin)

Should I warm soak and work hard to stretch them back at the waist?

return for a 32w? As i say the fit everywhere from waist to thigh to hem is perfect.
