No they are not, a few pairs where made a number of years ago.  This is the only pair that I know of that made it outside of Japan….

Kiya sold them in the sample sale, labeled 21oz unsanforized iron heart mystery jean.

I didn't want to always refer to them like that.  its the same denim as my SR, and the new S-RAW's, so I label them 23oz, 21/23, etc.

I do not know the history of these jeans…except that they were new, unworn, and unsoaked when I got 'em.
