I've said it before and I'll say it again; these are absolutely stunning. Wish I could afford a pair. Not a fan of hooks though, seems like a recent addition?

My personal opinion is that hooks aren't really needed for boots between 6-7". I also think they take away some of the looks, as I think they're less aesthetically pleasing. Not a deal breaker though!

May be just me, but I actually find them MORE of a necessity on a shorter 6-7" boot. Tends to be the area where a boot is most likely to pinch or bind on me, and is far less likely for me with hooks versus eyelets.

Hooks were a miscommunication between me and Chris@Wesco.  He is certain I asked for them, I am certain I did not.  But, we are where we are…..

Foot Patrols arrived today. @Giles and the guys at Wesco have made a ripper boot right here. The leather is super soft and they fit like a glove as soon as I put them on.

When Giles leaked the first shots of these, I knew I had to have a pair and the wait has been well and truly worth it.

Can't wait to put some miles on these! Anyone on the fence, don't hesitate.
