Fuck you, seawolf!!!   I was doing AWESOME today until my buddy stopped by with these two bottles of heaven:

wish i had decided to join before the new year (i originally had planned on bulking upon inception of new year but plans changed).  Then I got the flu.  I'm already down 6 lbs on this year, will post starting reference point picture taken today though when i get home.

I was around 75 kgs around the festive season… So minus 2.4... I don't do pounds...

+200gms from my last posted measurement. I've been away for 3 days and hardly moved. Assume I just lost a fair chunk of muscle that's now converted back to fat.
