Me and my wife’s most recent purchase, a Dyson V8 absolute. Labor Day sale, worth every penny. Our apartment is mostly hardwood floors, few area rugs and this picks up so much dirt/dust dog hair etc. was so suprised cuz swept and vacuumed last weekend. Also the Dyson so quiet doesn’t freak out our dog, you know getting old when stoked on buying a new vacuum lol. -

@Oaktavia thanks man, how long have you had yours? Read online last a long time. We got super lucky with that sale. It was half off, def love a deal. Stoked to tackle inside of our car tomorrow, very satisfying feeling seeing all the dust/hair vacuum up in the bin.

@meatmarketdenim1 half off? That's awesome. We have had ours for a couple of years at least, maybe two and a half. The only thing that can be annoying with mine is it tends to die before I can vacuum the whole house.

@Oaktavia oh damn I read that online too. We did bunch of research/due diligence. Bunch of people on YouTube figured out how to hack a dewalt drill battery for their dysons. Looks pretty easy like $25 extension piece and battery drill slides right in. Kinda crazy

One of my favorite little shops is in an Airstream behind a bakery. Super easy to miss but full of neat Japanese stationary and souvenirs. I picked up these today, a package opener and wool brush foe upholstery or clothing. Simple but so beautiful.

Yeah man we’re loving them, feel like nice hotel sheets. We Gave them a wash before put them on last night, super crisp, comfy and the material has like a cooling effect, which is good for me cuz I run hot at night. They were like $80 for Queen set, not to bad price and felt same as Brooklinen for half the price . Were going update our duvet cover next.
