my runtime for 10km/6,21 miles is ca.42 minutes now;-)
when i was 21 years old @ the Bundeswehr(Army) i run the 5 km/3,11 miles in 17 min!!!

For workout shoes, I really like Vibram.

If you're practicing martial arts. I suggest fight gears from Hayabusa.

I normally just wear whatever when I'm at the gym. Gonna buy some cheap ass Hanes Beefy t-shirts.

Those Vibram things freak me out, though as I only have 4 toes on each foot (long story), I'd have to het a custom job done anyway…...

I have 5 fingers, they are amazing stuff, sooo comfy, and they freak people out…

No hayabusa in our dojo...'em gears are for someting else

yeah, initially i was really skeptical about it.

wearing it takes a little bit of practice, but it's pretty damn comfy. it's as close as you get to being barefooted.
