Not me. At Viberg's asking price, I better get what I want, and those atrocious soles are deal-breakers for me, as are wedge/Christy.

I like leather soles too but as long as I live somewhere this snowy I stay away from them.

Not my first choice, but I don't mind the ripple or christie soles. I think it's more about the whole boot and how it was conceived. Leather soles are more of a deal breaker as I ride my MC most days and there just isn't enough traction.

@davito those VMC 25th anniversary engineer boots look awesome. I really like that they are made on the 2030 last, not that I wouldn't like 2005 last but 2030 is still my favorite.
